The Change Topic action changes the topic of the workflow interaction to the topic specified in this action.

Note - A topic can be selected using the finger picker, which displays all available mapped topics, or by typing the topic name. If the typed topic is new and not yet mapped in the workflow, it will appear as an item to map in the 'Topics' tab of the workflow builder settings.
