Answer Panel Actions are actions within iService's workflow builder that can be assigned to buttons to perform various tasks on an interaction—such as saving a draft, updating interaction properties, unassigning the interaction, changing its topic, and more.
Most actions include settings that let you customize how they behave when used in a button. You can add multiple actions to a single button, and they’ll run in the order you’ve set.
The workflow builder offers a variety of actions you can use. Each one is explained in more detail in the child topics of this section.
