The Assign to Agent action allows an interaction to be assigned to an agent selected from a predefined list. This list is presented to the currently assigned agent for reassignment.

When configuring the Assign to Agent action, a drop-down menu is presented to select an agent list. The assigned agent will then choose the next agent from this list to whom the interaction will be assigned.
