iService includes an integration to OpenAI API, which is used for the iService Copilot feature and text generation. The prompt windows and iService Copilot menus will appear in the rich text editor as soon as you enter the required keys for the OpenAI API integration. iService supports the use of third-party chatbots that can be customized for your brand and integrated into iService forms. To use the Velocity Chat chatbot within iService, obtain your secret key from Velocity Chat and write an introductory message to users. Once you save your key and description, you can load the chat bot by appending /f/chatbot to your tenant URL.

Setting the keys for AI integration
1 - Obtain your key from your OpenAi account on the https://platform.openai.com/api-keys page.
2 - Obtain your API key from Velocity Chat and enter it here. Once the key is saved, the built-in form /f/chatbot will load that version of chatbot.
3 - Enter the introductory text to present to your chatbot users.
To configure the iService Copilot buttons in the rich text editor, paste your openAI API key into the OpenAI Secret Key input. Create the secret key from your organizations openAI API Keys page at https://platform.openai.com/api-keys. Be sure to save the key when you create it, because you can't access the key after the window is closed.
