Use the External API Settings page to save configuration details for integration with third party APIs. Each integration has it's own inputs for the required credentials. For most third party integrations, once your settings are saved the related buttons will appear within the iService user interface.

Details regarding how to use the integrated applications are described elsewhere within this user guide. The values for the External API settings are generally provided by a technical resource within your organization.
