iService includes several ways to integrate with other applications and data. iService provides several direct integrations to third party APIs, as well as methods for collecting and distributing data to other applications without the use of APIs. Third party API integration is setup within the External APIs settings page. You an also integrate with other applications using iService utilities with iService forms. This allows you to read a CSV file and process the contents against a custom form that performs various iService actions. The actions in your form can include any of the actions supported by iService. You can also use our integration to Zapier to transform data between iService and other systems. If you're using workforce planning tools, iService can provide the statistics you need for measuring and forecasting email volume in your contact center.

Third Party APIs Supported

Okta OpenID Connect - Okta is an enterprise-grade identity management service that connects any person with any application on any device. It’s built for the cloud but is also compatible with many on-premises applications.

Login with Microsoft - The Microsoft OpenID integration supports two methods for authentication: personal accounts or Azure accounts.

Login with Google - Use this option to login with either the Google consumer or Workspace logins.

Heartland Payment Gateway - Collect payments directly in iService using an embedded payment method from the iService integration to Heartland.

Microsoft Graph API - Configure your secret keys for Microsoft 365 and use the Graph API to send and receive email.

OpenAI - iService includes an integration to the OpenAI API for LLM usage and OpenAI Assistants chatbots.

Google Calendar - Integrate with the Google Calendar API to populate a calendar for scheduling or any time based task.

Zapier - iService includes an API to the Zapier service for integrating with other applications.
