Error Codes and Troubleshooting

The Batchutility.exe program uses a variety of iService web services to complete its tasks. If errors are encountered these web services return a variety of error codes. The utility logs these errors in log files described in section Error Logging above. Some of the more common errors are explained below. When a File Processing Error occurs, not of the records will be processed. When a Record Errors occurs, the offending record will be skipped but the other records in the file will be processed.
