The iService web interface follows a style guide that we publish for developers and customers to use as they create custom forms and user interfaces. The style guide includes mockups for all pages in iService and detailed examples for their styles. As new pages are envisioned, they are added to the style guide and provide an opportunity for customers to comment on new functionality. Although the style guide is not a fully functional version of iService, it can be useful when training agents on the user interface.
